Jeff Schnitz is a co-founder of Exos Partners and serves as our Chief Compliance Officer.  Jeff has built our internal operational and compliance functions, and leads risk management efforts for the firm.  Most recently, Jeff worked for Merrill Lynch where he spent fourteen years leading teams, managing to client and regulatory risk objectives, and serving client markets.  Jeff headed the Merrill Lynch Financial Advisor training program, and achieved in roles including Client Service Manager, Administrative Vice President and Regional Business Manager.

Jeff earned a BA with honors from the University of California, San Diego, an MBA from Santa Clara University, and he has studied at ESADE Business School in Barcelona, Spain. He is married with two children and is a board member of the School-Force! Foundation.
