Konstantin is a co-founder of Exos Partners and comes to the firm from business academia. Most recently, Konstantin served on the faculty of the London Business School, ranked first among business schools worldwide by the Financial Times. At LBS, Konstantin lectured on management control in London and Dubai, while conducting corporate governance and capital markets research. Prior to joining LBS, Konstantin instructed MBA and executive students in finance and accounting at MIT’s Sloan School of Management. Outside of academia, Konstantin consulted firms on financial strategy and assisted their U.S. capital raising efforts. He served as a director and advisor at Slav AG, a European conglomerate engaged in the industry, trading, financial, real estate, and renewable energy sectors. He gained wealth management experience at Bank Gutmann, an Austrian private bank.
Konstantin received his A.B. with honors from Harvard University and a Ph.D. in management from MIT, where he studied economics, finance, and accounting.
